Anna Whitmore
My Story. One of my earliest memories is sitting in the bottom of a canoe with the wind in my face. Nature has been my school, my temple, my home. The more time I spend in the wilderness the more I realize that it is the little things that sustain this big world. Insects, song birds, mushrooms, leaves, seeds are the foundation on which this world is built.
Unfortunately it is often the little things that are the most at risk from climate change and over development. My desire is that each one of my pieces reminds you of the beauty and frailty of our environment; that each piece of art brings joy; that each piece contributes to the protection of the Canadian Wilderness.
A portion of all of profits goes to support the work of World Wildlife Fund.
