“Painting Nature’s Quiet Moments” is an exploration of nature through detailed brushstrokes and a limited colour palette.

Art and nature go hand in hand.  I immerse myself in both for inspiration and connection.  My home studio in Cambridge, Ontario allows me to be close to and continually explore the outdoors.  I am always looking for that close-up snapshot to paint, for that detailed moment frozen in time.

I strive to capture realism whether it is through my work of florals, botanicals, landscapes or wildlife.  My work is about exploring shadows and highlights through a minimal monochromatic palette, while creating a feeling of the serene.
