Neerja Trehan

Neerja Trehan is a full-time Canadian artist residing in the vibrant city of Mississauga. Her journey as an artist began in the early years of her life, and over time, it has evolved into an integral part of her identity. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Punjab University in India, she has honed her craft with dedication and passion. As an artist, she is strongly inspired by the colors and energy of nature, and she tries to bring these natural elements into her pieces.

She uses a combination of mixed media in her art, creating bold brush strokes, gold leaf, charcoal and vibrant colors to create a feeling of movement and life. Overall, each work is an exploration around the vastness of life's connectivity, radiating a powerful message that goes beyond just the paint.
